Meeting package

Your meeting, small or large, consists of a room rental fee, a meeting package per participant and any additional costs such as lunch, dinner or additional audiovisual equipment.

We offer a meeting package per 2 hours and is available from € 15.50 per person. The amount of the room rental depends on your wishes, our sales team will be happy to discuss this with you and will then provide you with an optional quote.

Lunch & dinner

It is possible to reserve a lunch or dinner during, before or after your meeting.

Lunch is possible à la carte or as a participation in the lunch buffet. The lunch buffet is offered from Monday to Friday for € 22.50 per person and on Saturday for € 25.50 per person.

For dinner you have the possibility to reserve à la carte, a 3-course menu of your choice for € 49.50 per person or a dinner buffet.

What is possible for your meeting depends on your wishes and the number of participants. Our sales team will be happy to inform you about the possibilities.
