  The swimming pool is open daily from 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM for hotel guests.

• Are towels available in the wellness area for the swimming pool?

  Extra towels for the pool are ready in the wellness center. Bathrobes and slippers are available for rent at the reception.

• Is it mandatory to wear swimwear in the swimming pool?

  Yes, wearing swimwear is mandatory in our wellness facilities.

• What is the temperature in the swimming pool?

  The indoor pool is heated to approximately 31 °C.

• What house rules apply in the swimming pool?

• What is the policy for children in the swimming pool?

  The swimming pool is accessible to children. However, children under the age of 16 are only permitted access when accompanied by an adult.

• Is there a lifeguard present at the swimming pool?

  No, there is no lifeguard present at the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool is therefore at your own risk.

• Is use of the swimming pool included in the stay?

  Yes, use of the swimming pool is included in the stay. You do not need to make a reservation for this and can use it freely.

• Is the swimming pool accessible to outside guests?

  No, the swimming pool is exclusively accessible to guests staying at the hotel.

• Is it possible to use the swimming pool before check-in or after check-out?

  It is possible to use the wellness facilities both before checking in and checking out. Our reception will create a special pass for you for this.

• Can I enter the wellness center and swimming pool wearing regular shoes?

  The wellness area may only be entered wearing slippers or barefoot.

• Do I need to make a reservation for the swimming pool?

  No, you do not need to make a reservation for this. You can use the swimming pool freely between 06:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

• Am I allowed to consume food and drinks in the swimming pool?

  It is not permitted to consume food or drinks, nor to use glassware.
