  No, the bicycle parking is freely accessible and not locked.

• Do I have to pay extra to use the locked bicycle parking facility?

  No, there are no charges for this as a hotel guest.

• Can I charge my e-bike (battery) at the hotel?

  Yes, there are power outlets in the bicycle storage area where you can charge your e-bike battery. Please note that it is not locked and is used at your own risk.

• Does the hotel offer bicycle or e-bike rental?

  Yes, we rent out bicycles and e-bikes; you can reserve them via our website or at the reception.

• Does the hotel offer a service or pick-up service in case of a flat tire or defective bike?

  No, we do not offer a pick-up service for private bicycles. Do you have a flat tire or a defect with one of our rental bikes? Please contact the reception, we will ensure a suitable solution.

• Are child seats available for the bikes?

  A child seat is available upon request.

• What are the rates for renting bicycles and e-bikes?

  The price for a bicycle is € 25.00 and for an e-bike € 38.00. When you reserve online as a Valk Exclusief Member, you receive a € 5.00 discount on the displayed prices.

• Does the reception have bicycle routes available?

  Yes, you can pick up various cycling routes at the reception.

• Does the hotel offer packed lunches for on the go?

  Yes, you can reserve this at the reception the evening before for a fee of € 15.00.

• What does a packed lunch usually contain?

  A packed lunch consists of three sandwiches, a sweet treat, juice, a bottle of water, a candy bar, and a piece of fruit.

• Is it possible to customize a packed lunch to suit dietary requirements?

  Yes, it is possible to customize a packed lunch to meet dietary requirements. You can indicate this in advance at the reception, for example if you are vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free.

• How much does a packed lunch cost at the hotel?

  A packed lunch costs € 15.00 per person.

• Is it possible to order multiple packed lunches at once for groups or families?

  Yes, that is possible. As long as this is communicated at least one day in advance, we can provide multiple lunch packages for groups or families.

• Are walking routes also available at the reception?

  No, there are no specific walking routes available. However, you can request cycling routes at the reception, which can be used as inspiration for a walking route.
